Admission to NUS's Graduate Program
Application for a PhD program can be submitted online via this link. A candidate is normally admitted at the beginning of each semester of the academic year, i.e. at either August or January. Application materials are available anytime throughout the year. Closing date for the receipt of applications can be found here.

NUS Research Scholarships are currently available. You may also apply for other sources of scholarship to fund your PhD training at NUS, which include but not limited to the following:

Opportunities for Post-Doc/Research Fellow
Few post-doc/research fellow positions are currently available in research work related to advanced semiconductor devices and process technologies. The candidate is expected to work on device design, simulation, fabrication, and extensive characterization of advanced transistors with an integration of new channel materials such as two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides.
